Relocatable design

We coordinate the design, procurement, financing & installation of high-quality, energy-efficient relocatable housing, designed with each user in mind.

Energy project accommodation

In consultation with project owners and local communities, housing is delivered and commissioned by UNiQ in proximity to major projects on an agreed rental arrangement. 

Affordable, social housing

Following the establishment phase, the majority of housing is sold at a meaningful discount to community housing providers, such as social, affordable, and aged care housing.

In collaboration with state governments, Indigenous land councils, local councils, and project proponents, UNiQ Initiative offers a turnkey solution for energy worker housing. Going beyond basic accommodation, we enhance the quality of life for workers. This holistic approach ensures that workers are not just housed, but also supported in their day-to-day lives, encouraging long-term commitment to their project.

Upon project completion, our housing structures are designed to be relocated and repurposed. Through collaborative partnerships, we design UNiQ homes to benefit communities. Your UNiQ home could assist in Independent Living Units, Social Housing, NDIS Housing or Shared Equity Housing.
